Becky’s Bridal Portraits
Saturday, October 3rd, 2009Becky is a fun, outgoing kind of lady, and we wanted to reflect her energetic personality (and sense of humor) in her bridal portraits. The bubble-gum image was her idea, and I think its a total hoot! The white on white image for me really captures her personality. I’ve pre-scheduled this blog post to go live right around the time the wedding ceremony takes place today… so if you’re seeing this: congratulations Becky & John!

Randi’s Bridal Portraits
Thursday, August 20th, 2009When Randi mentioned that she and Wes had two white Bichons, I KNEW I wanted to do a white-on-white bridal with her and the dogs…

Courtney’s Bridal Portraits
Sunday, May 10th, 2009Courtney & George were married yesterday in a lovely ceremony at the West End Church of Christ. Now that they’re safely married, I can finally post Courtney’s stunning bridal images. She’s got a beautiful classic style, which I worked to augment with some vintage-inspired shots. The color images utilize a treatment inspired by the carbro-color shots of the 1940′s. I was thrilled to receive two major awards for my work in this set!

Autumn’s Bridal Portraits
Monday, August 25th, 2008This portrait session was my first set of bridals in my new studio, and I was really trying to channel my hero Richard Avedon for the white-on-white images. I was thrilled that one of these earned an Accolade of Excellence in WPPI’s International Second Half 2008 8×10 Print Competition!
