Jessica & Eddie’s Wedding
Thursday, October 22nd, 2009I’ve showed this set to a few of my photographer friends prior to posting, and they all commented that this wedding was all about family. I’m pleased that the strong family focus comes through in these images, because it really permeated the day. I love the portraits of Jessica’s dapper father and beautiful daughter.
Another trend you may notice in this set is that some of these images have what might be termed “Easter Eggs” hiding in them: this is entirely intentional. Look closely at some of these shots and you may notice a knowing glance from a bridesmaid or a scamp of a ring-bearer peeking into my frame. I love shots like this that add an additional layer of interest beyond the obvious action of the shot. It creates a dynamic counter-point to the main action of the photo, which enhances the viewing experience.
Jessica and Eddie: thank you so much for making me a part of this wonderful day.
